We collect the personal data that you provide to us in connection with creating an account with us, making a purchase, contacting us or registering as a newsletter subscriber.

Upon purchase,
We process your personal data in order to manage your purchase in e-commerce, for example to administer payment and deliver ordered goods. It is necessary that you provide the information we request in order for us to process your purchase. Your personal data is kept until the purchase, delivery and payment have been completed, as well as 36 months thereafter to handle any complaints and warranty matters.

Customer service,
We process your personal data for the purpose of answering inquiries from you when you contact customer service. Your personal data is kept during the customer relationship and a maximum of three years from the last request to satisfy our interest in offering you good service.

Provide newsletters,
If you register for our newsletter, we process your personal data in order to manage your subscription and to send out the newsletter. By registering for the newsletter, you give your consent to electronic marketing according to the Marketing Act. You have the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on an unsubscribe link in the mailing. Your personal data is kept until you have unregistered.

Shipping providers,
In order to manage the dispatch and delivery of your goods, we share your personal data with companies that provide services to Hayven. These companies are obliged by law and contract to protect your personal data.

Payment service providers,
To administer payments via e-commerce, we use payment service providers. The payment service provider is the personal data controller for its own processing of your personal data.
